Training Policies
1. Scheduling & Session Guidelines
• All coaching and training sessions must be booked in advance.
• Sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase unless a different timeframe is stated in the package.
• Sessions cannot be transferred, gifted, or reassigned to another individual.

2. Cancellation Policy 24-Hour Requirement
• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being counted as used.
• Frequent last-minute cancellations (3 times within 60 days) may result in a pause or termination of training services at the trainer’s discretion.

3. No-Show Policy
A No-Show is defined as missing a scheduled session without any communication.
• First No-Show: Session is lost.
• Second No-Show: Session is lost + a $25 fee applied to the account.
• Third No-Show: Trainer may discontinue services without refund.

4. Late Arrival Policy
• The trainer will wait up to 15 minutes for the client to arrive. After 15 minutes, the session is marked as a No-Show.
• If the client is late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
(Example: Arriving 10 minutes late = 10 minutes deducted from your session.)

5. Payment & Billing Policy
• All payments must be completed before sessions or programs begin.
• For monthly recurring programs, payments must be made on or before the renewal date.
• Payments more than 48 hours late will incur a $25 late fee.
• Non-payment for 7 days results in automatic suspension of all training until the balance is cleared.

6. Refund, Transfer & Hold Policy
• All purchases are final—no refunds, credits, or partial refunds are provided.
• If the trainer must cancel due to emergency or personal reasons, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
• Unused sessions cannot be extended beyond the expiration date without written approval.
• All digital products, meal plans, and custom programs are non-refundable.
• Packages may be placed on hold only under the following conditions:
– A valid doctor’s note is provided, or
– Trainer approves the pause (maximum 30 days).

7. Health, Liability & Safety Agreement
• The client acknowledges that training involves physical activity and assumes all responsibility for personal health and safety during sessions.
• The client agrees to notify the trainer of any injuries, medical concerns, or changes in health before the start of each session.
